Complex Care Assistant Role

About the Role

This position involves working with children and young people who require complex care and support. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care services that promote independence, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist children and young people with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to help children and young people feel valued and respected.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
