**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Preparing financial accounts, managing accruals and prepayment reconciliations, and ensuring the company is audit-ready.
  • Coordinate and complete annual audits by preparing financial documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Assist auditors by providing necessary information and responding to queries and implementing audit recommendations to improve financial processes and control.
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded in the general ledger, collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Processing and reconciliation of accruals and prepayments.
  • Assisting in budget forecasts and financial planning, providing detailed financial analysis and reports to support business decisions.
