Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to promote patient recovery and improve physical function.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, and other allied health professionals to deliver seamless patient care.
  • Develop and implement rehabilitation programs to optimize patient mobility and independence.
  • Educate patients and their families on exercises, self-management, and lifestyle changes to support continued rehabilitation and recovery.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Physiotherapist.
  • Previous experience in an inpatient setting, with a strong understanding of rehabilitation principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload.
