Job Title: Band 6/7 Rehab Physiotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Rehabilitation Physiotherapist to join our team at the Posture and Mobility Group UK. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for assessing, prescribing, and supplying specialist equipment to individuals with complex mobility needs.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a recognized clinical degree or diploma, minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in a relevant field, and HCPC registration. You will be capable of practicing independently and have a focus on continual improvement.

As a Rehabilitation Physiotherapist, you will work individually and as a member of a highly skilled team of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, rehabilitation engineers, and support staff within the posture and mobility centre. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assessment and prescription of specialist equipment, including buggies and wheelchairs, active user wheelchairs, powered wheelchairs, pressure care cushions, postural support equipment, specialist seating, and associated accessories.
  • Training and development of yourself and junior staff, as well as supervision of students and education and training activities.
  • Delegated service development activities and support for the clinical lead, service manager, regional and national clinical leads, in the effective running of the department.
