Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT procurement manager to join our EMEA IT sourcing team. As a Senior Sourcing Manager, you will work closely with divisional partners to enable their regional IT strategy and drive vendor performance. You will have the creative space to contribute to the category strategy and identify the right stakeholder groups in your lead location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage international, complex sourcing events (RFI, RFQ, RFP)
  • Establish strong relationships with divisional colleagues, vendors, and opinion leaders within and outside the company, building a strong understanding of priorities and the strategic direction
  • Identify sourcing opportunities by leveraging spend analysis tools and engage with stakeholders to consolidate requirements over categories, suppliers, and geographies
  • Plan, prepare, and manage complex negotiations
  • Drive performance, value, and innovation from key suppliers through supplier relationship management processes; monitor and mitigate supplier risk
  • Establish an IT portfolio for your lead countries and divisions
  • Closely cooperate in global activities and strongly support the corporate sourcing manager
Requirements
  • University degree
  • At least 4 years of relevant work experience in IT/technology procurement, consulting, project management, or sales in a multi-national cooperation
  • Experience with procurement best-practices (category management, RFPs, negotiations, contracting, etc.)
