Our procurement organization is seeking an experienced IT procurement professional to join our EMEA IT sourcing team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled IT sourcing manager to work closely with divisional partners to enable their regional IT strategy and drive vendor performance. As a trusted advisor to divisional colleagues and a strategic resource to the procurement community, you will lead sourcing projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage international, complex sourcing events (RFI, RFQ, RFP)
  • Establish strong relationships with divisional colleagues, vendors, and opinion leaders within and outside the company
  • Identify sourcing opportunities by leveraging spend analysis tools and engage with stakeholders to consolidate requirements over categories, suppliers, and geographies
  • Plan, prepare, and manage complex negotiations
  • Drive performance, value, and innovation from key suppliers through supplier relationship management processes; monitor and mitigate supplier risk
  • Establish an IT portfolio for your lead countries and divisions
  • Closely cooperate in global activities and provide strong support to the corporate sourcing manager
Requirements
  • University degree
  • At least 4 years of relevant work experience in IT/technology procurement, consulting, project management, or sales in a multi-national corporation
  • Experience with procurement best-practices (category management, RFPs, negotiations, contracting, etc.)
