McCarthy Stone is seeking a dedicated Relief Care and Support Assistant to join their team at William House estate in Thatcham.

Salary: £12.34 per hour, plus additional pay for evening and weekend hours.

Hours: To be agreed with the Estate Manager.

As a professional in the Health and Social care sector, you will provide individualised care to residents, enabling them to live their later life well.

You will deliver housekeeping and domestic support across the estate, including apartment cleans, while supporting residents to take part in various activities promoting their health and wellbeing.

Your duties will include assisting with appointments, transport, and shopping, as well as escorting residents on visits.
