**Job Description**

We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join our CAMHS team on the Isle of Wight. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to the delivery of high-quality psychological services to children and young people with mental health difficulties.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Consultant Psychologist to develop psychological thinking within the team and undertake service development projects. They will also provide clinical supervision to Assistant Psychologists and Psychological Therapists.

**Main Duties and Tasks:**

  • Support the Consultant Psychologist in developing psychological thinking within the team
  • Undertake service development projects
  • Provide clinical supervision to Assistant Psychologists and Psychological Therapists

**Person Specification:**

We are looking for a qualified Clinical Psychologist with post-graduate doctoral level training and registration with the HCPC. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing clinical supervision, leading service development projects, and communicating effectively with clients, families, carers, and professional colleagues.
