Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a high level of service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work in Reception, greeting guests and providing a warm welcome.
  • Ensure the building is safe and secure overnight, and that all guests' requirements are catered for.
  • Take pride in maintaining high standards of customer service and organisation, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
  • Embrace opportunities to create extra special moments for our guests, providing a personal experience they will want to share.
