Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm welcome to our guests and create a friendly, welcoming environment
- Work across bar, restaurant, conference, and room service facilities, gaining knowledge of our menus and food and alcohol standards
- Deliver excellent customer service, using initiative and a customer service attitude to resolve guest enquiries
- Multi-task and organize a variable workload, providing excellent attention to detail
- Participate in a 12-week learning journey, developing skills and knowledge to become a great Food and Beverage Assistant
