Payroll Team Leader

As a Payroll Team Leader at RSM, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and operational management of our payroll team. You will lead a team of experts in delivering high-quality payroll services to our clients, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and meeting tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of payroll professionals to deliver exceptional client service and achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement effective payroll processes and procedures to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities and drive growth.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation and regulations, ensuring the team is aware of any updates and can adapt accordingly.
We are seeking an experienced payroll professional with a strong track record of leadership and management. You will have a deep understanding of payroll operations, including statutory regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be working closely with internal stakeholders and clients.
