Service Manager Opportunity

Purosearch is seeking an experienced Service Manager to join our client, a leading charity supporting individuals with learning disabilities, mental health problems, autism, and associated complex behaviours.

The successful candidate will oversee a small residential home catering for those with learning disabilities, reporting directly to the Regional Manager. Key responsibilities include ensuring residents receive the best standards of care, holding the CI registration, and providing clinical and business leadership in all areas of the service.

Requirements:

Management qualification in care (SVQ Level 4 or equivalent)

Experience in managing care teams or supervisory/management experience in a care environment

Excellent customer service skills

Competitive starting salary of £35,000
