At Rocket Learning, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Co-ordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating community development programs across the district, working closely with Anganwadi workers and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate community development programs across the district, ensuring effective implementation and monitoring.
- Work closely with Anganwadi workers, providing training and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local communities, stakeholders, and partners to promote Rocket Learning's mission and objectives.
- Contribute to the development of program strategies, plans, and reports, ensuring alignment with Rocket Learning's goals and objectives.
- 1+ years of experience in community development, program coordination, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to travel to different locations across the district, with a minimum of 50% of total working time.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
