The Graduate Marketing Executive RoleThis exciting opportunity allows a Graduate to experience the fast-paced world of Consumer Marketing with Wiltshire Farm Foods. As part of a team of 16 Marketers, you'll gain a unique understanding of the Marketing mix, including traditional offline channels and digital marketing.
Responsibilities- Help execute national acquisition campaigns, delivering against new prospect targets.
- Work with local depot teams, providing Marketing support for their growth targets.
- Develop campaigns to nurture customers through the customer journey, ensuring loyalty.
- Deliver customer engagement activity to retain loyal customers.
- Collaborate with digital and social agencies on campaigns to drive new prospects and customer engagement.
- Support large events across the country.
Essential:
- Graduated or studying towards a degree in Marketing or a related discipline, with a 2:2 or above.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisation skills, and ability to multi-task.
- Relationship building skills and ability to work under pressure.
Desirable:
- Relevant work experience via a placement year or work experience.
- Basic InDesign/Photoshop skills.
- Copywriting skills.

- Self-starter with a can-do attitude and positive outlook.
