About the Role
The Graduate Marketing Executive role offers an exciting opportunity for a Graduate to join our fast-paced Consumer Marketing team. You will gain a full grounding across the Marketing mix, learning how we attract new customers through traditional offline channels, as well as working with our digital marketing team on the website, app, and social channels.
Responsibilities
- Helping execute national acquisition campaigns, delivering against our new prospect targets
- Working hand in hand with our local depot teams, offering Marketing support for their local growth targets
- Working on campaigns designed to nurture our customers through the nursery journey to ensure they stay loyal to us
- Delivering customer engagement activity to ensure retention of our loyal customers
- Working with our digital and social agencies on campaigns to both deliver new prospects and drive existing customer engagement
- Helping plan and support large events across the country
Qualifications/Personal Qualities
- You will have graduated or be studying towards a degree in marketing or business discipline, with an expectation that you will receive a 2:2 or above graduating on or before August 2024
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, organisation skills, and ability to multi-task, relationship building skills, and ability to work under pressure to tight timeframes managing multiple projects
