About the Role

We're VIVID Housing, a vibrant and inclusive organization that supports and develops talented individuals. We're seeking a highly skilled Carpenter Multi to join our Empty Homes team in Basingstoke, working across North Hampshire.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out high-quality repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works on our vacant properties, focusing on floor laying and carpentry.
  • Perform other skilled tasks, including tiling, plastering, decorating, and basic plumbing.
  • Conduct light administrative duties and utilize an electronic handheld device.

Requirements

  • NVQ level 3 in carpentry (or equivalent) and proof of qualifications at interview stage.
  • Demonstrable experience in a multi-skilled role.
  • Able to work at heights, handle manual tasks, and lift heavy items.
  • Hold a full, clean current driving license (held for at least 1 year) for driving company vans.
