Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Workshop Operations Manager to join our team at Group 1 Automotive. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in supervising technicians and ensuring the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage repair and service progress, communicating any delays to service advisors.
  • Manage workshop capacity based on additional work requirements.
  • Evaluate and improve technician performance through quality checks and feedback.
Requirements:
  • Technical knowledge and qualifications in vehicle maintenance.
  • Previous experience in supervising or managing technicians.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Kerridge system desirable.
