Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer to join our client's executive team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering within the energy sector, combined with significant experience in commercial management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with company goals, driving business growth through strategic planning and market analysis.

Requirements

  • An MBA or equivalent commercial qualification is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the energy and engineering sector, with a significant portion in a senior commercial or operational role.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale engineering projects and commercial operations.
  • Strong understanding of the energy market, regulatory environment, and industry trends.
  • Ability to travel extensively and manage multiple site operations.
