We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Police Enquiry Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to the public, responding to enquiries, and supporting victims and witnesses.
Key Responsibilities- Provide initial responses to a wide range of enquiries from the public and other agencies, offering advice, information, and guidance on legislation, policing responsibilities, and police complaints.
- Receive and record information accurately and efficiently.
- Deal supportively and reassuringly with witnesses, victims, and the general public, escalating to other police resources where necessary.
