Contract Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Supervisor to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As a Contract Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of contracts and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of engineers across multiple contracts and sites
  • Identify and quote for ad-hoc works, ensuring compliance with statutory and code requirements
  • Ensure Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules are up to date and utilized
  • First-line supervision of Specialist Service Contractors, including induction and signing off
  • Monitor staff performance and ensure service delivery meets SLAs and KPIs
  • Carry out hands-on PPM and reactive maintenance as required
  • Attend client meetings and provide technical support
Requirements:
  • Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering qualification (HNC, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent)
  • 2391 or equivalent in Inspection and Testing
  • 2-3 years' leadership experience combined with good Mechanical and Electrical technical knowledge
  • Proven experience as a Supervisor across multiple Contracts/Projects
  • Experience in Inspection and Testing
  • Capable of costing and supervising Reactive Repairs and Small Project works
  • A proven track record of delivery within the M&E Maintenance sector
  • Knowledge of SFG20 or Equivalent Maintenance Schedules
  • IOSH Working/Managing Safely, Safe system of Work Procedure – PTW; RAMS etc.
  • Team Player
  • Computer Literate
  • Able to Work on Own Initiative
