Ophthalmology Clinic Director

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinic Manager to join our team at AlphaSiGHT Community Ophthalmology. As a CQC Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our clinic operates within all regulatory requirements, while maintaining high-quality patient care and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including managing our team of doctors, support staff, and other healthcare providers.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain a high level of patient care and satisfaction.
- Develop and manage activity plans for the clinic, ensuring service pathways and capacity and demand analysis are understood to ensure delivery.
- Identify opportunities for clinical innovation and modernisation, and lead on the delivery of all operational performance targets, waiting list, and financial management.
- Continually improve the quality of services to patients and redesign services to meet best practice standards, improving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proven experience in healthcare management, preferably in ophthalmology clinics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a deep level of knowledge and experience in CQC regulations.
- Committed to delivering high-quality patient care and services.
- Essential Experience:
- CQC Registered Manager: The successful candidate must have a background in healthcare management with a minimum of one year of experience as a clinic manager in an Ophthalmology setting. You must hold a CQC registration, and have knowledge and experience in ensuring that CQC regulations are met in all aspects of clinic operation.
- Competitive salary: £44, £48,071.00 per annum depending on experience.
