The Role:

This exciting opportunity involves working as a Teaching Assistant Apprentice within our Early Years provision. You will collaborate with experienced teachers to design and deliver effective lesson plans, while also providing individualized support to students with varying needs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support teaching staff in developing and implementing curriculum plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
  2. Work closely with SEN specialists to create tailored learning experiences that promote student progress and engagement.
  3. Contribute to maintaining a positive and respectful classroom environment through proactive communication and conflict resolution strategies.
