Job Title: Lead AV Technician

proAV Limited is seeking an experienced Lead AV Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional AV services to our clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Ownership: Manage all aspects of day-to-day delivery to our clients and partners.
  • Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact onsite for our client.
  • Staff Management: Manage the onsite team and rota.
  • Reporting: Provide comprehensive reporting to the service delivery and account manager.
  • Technical Support: Provide senior-level technical support at the point of escalation.
  • Operational Coordination: Coordinate between proAV teams, including the technical helpdesk, field service, projects teams, and client liaison.
  • Audio Visual Support: Provide audio visual support onsite when required.
Expectations:
  • Strong Leadership: Demonstrate strong leadership and team building initiatives.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process when required.
  • Weekly Meetings: Conduct weekly meetings to improve the onsite service.
Desirable Skills:
  • Corporate AV Support: Minimum of three years corporate AV support background.
  • Audio-Visual Systems: Knowledge of audio-visual systems and technologies.
  • Event Support: Knowledge in event audio, video, and lighting equipment.
  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to changing needs, infrastructure, and evolving business processes.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, time management, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Customer Focus: Customer-focused and strong ability to deal with individuals on all levels.
