Eames Consulting seeks an experienced UK Defined Benefit Pension Consultant to join our team.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £85,000 - £125,000.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the exciting growth strategy of our GB Retirement practice. Our offices are located in major cities such as London, Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Bristol and Edinburgh, where you can choose your preferred base.

The Job Description:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their pension needs
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement tailored pension solutions

We require a qualified actuary with strong client-facing orientation, excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience in project management, delegation skills, and a desire to coach and mentor junior colleagues.
