Quality Manager
C-Tech Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our team. As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective quality management system for our clients' products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections and audits of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with British standards BS EN 1090 and NSSS.
- Thoroughly investigate non-conformance reports (NCRs) to identify root causes of quality issues.
- Initiate and track corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to address non-conformances and prevent recurrence.
- Maintain accurate records of NCRs and CAPAs for internal and external audits.
- Analyse non-conformance data to identify trends and potential systemic issues.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience working in a metal fabrication environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and British standards.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
What We Offer:
- Salary: £55,000 - £60,000.
- 33 holidays per year.
