About the Role

This is a brilliant opportunity for an expert QEH&S Manager to craft the future at our Baileys production site. The purpose of the role is to protect people, brands, and reputation and to play a leading role in Bailey's contribution to the delivery of Diageo's Society 2030 ambitions.

Key Accountabilities

  • Crafting and implementing a site-wide plan for the QEH&S vision
  • Good working knowledge of ISO accreditations (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001), IPPC License & other relevant QEH&S legislation
  • Instilling an intrinsic link between QEH&S and the day-to-day activities across the site and team
  • Directly mentor the QEH&S coordinator, and by influencing effectively, work through others
  • Engagement with the Diageo Global QEH&S community, sharing learning and best practice – staying ahead of the curve

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have significant operational Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety leadership experience and a track record in a world-class FMCG production/manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • QEH&S experience within a process manufacturing environment
  • Happy to flex between independent reliance and wider team working
  • Strong influencer – able to work through others, not within your direct report group
  • Data-driven decision making
  • Strong interpersonal communicator, across internal and external stakeholder groups
