Job Responsibilities
- Telephone Call Handling: Develop effective communication skills to handle calls from service users, carers, GPs, and clinical staff.
- Patient Correspondence: Type accurate and professional patient-related correspondence and emails.
- Electronic Patient System: Input accurate and up-to-date patient data into our electronic patient record system.
- Meetings and Minutes: Arrange, attend, and take minutes of meetings to ensure seamless communication among team members.
- Client Letters: Create and send client letters on behalf of medical professionals, showcasing your administrative skills.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clinical teams. You will work closely with our staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient service delivery.
Person Specification
To excel in this position, you must have:
- A minimum of one year of administration experience, preferably within an NHS setting.
- Strong admin experience within a healthcare/social care setting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft packages, including Word and Excel.
Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 per annum.
