About the Role

We are seeking a Community Support Worker to join our team at one of our community houses in Garforth, Leeds. As a Community Support Worker, you will provide personalised support to our adult residents, following individual support plans to meet their needs and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop independent living skills with residents, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, exercise, leisure activities, and socialising.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual support plans.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

  • A competitive rate of £12 per hour, with a £1 increment over weekends and bank holidays.
  • 33 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays (pro rata).
