About the Role

We are seeking a Community Support Worker to join our team at one of our community houses in Garforth, Leeds. As a Community Support Worker, you will provide personalized support to our adult residents, helping them to develop independent living skills and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to residents with daily living tasks, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and exercise
  • Assist residents with developing independent living skills, such as socializing and leisure activities
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure residents receive comprehensive support
  • Document resident progress and provide regular updates to the team
Requirements
  • Empathy and understanding of the needs of individuals with brain injuries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good time management and organizational skills

  • A competitive rate of £12 per hour, with a £1 increment over weekends and bank holidays
