About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Insights Analyst to join our team at B&Q. As a key member of our digital analytics team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving customer experience through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop high-quality analysis and insights to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a deep understanding of digital performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and implement data visualizations and reports to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital analytics and data science.
  • Contribute to the development of data-driven strategies to improve customer experience and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital analytics and data science, with a strong understanding of statistical methods and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify insights.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the retail industry and customer behavior.
