Claims Processor

At Sanderson Recruitment Plc, we are seeking an experienced Technical Claims Handler to join our team. This key role involves supporting customers by expertly handling their claims across our growing product suite.

This position is responsible for managing claims, instructing and collaborating with claims partners, identifying and investigating fraud concerns, setting claims reserves, and making payments. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling commercial claims across multiple products and expertise in managing claims fraud.

• Manage claims across multiple products, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
• Instruct and collaborate with claims partners, including brokers, lawyers, investigators, and assessors.
• Identify and investigate fraud concerns, taking appropriate action to prevent and mitigate losses.
• Set claims reserves and make payments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with claims partners and stakeholders. Experience with property claims, claims management platforms, and digital platforms such as policy admin systems and MS Office is essential.

Estimated salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.
