**Title**: Trainee Claims Processor

**Location**: Cardiff, Hybrid (around 2 or more visits to the office a month, following the initial training period)

**Term**: Permanent, Full-Time Permanent

We have an excellent opportunity for someone interested in pursuing a career in insurance claims handling/or a claims handler looking to move into personal accident claims.

All you need is to have is excellent customer service skills, resilience, and the willingness to learn and develop into handling.

Once trained, as a personal accident handler, you will be managing claims related to personal accidents and sickness across the UK as well as international.

Due to nature of the role, it can present challenges and will require someone who is confident on phone taking inbound calls as well as making outbound ones to progress the claims you will be managing.

**Your skills**:

- No prior experience in insurance claims handling is required, but the desire to learn is essential.
- Strong customer service skills are necessary.
- Willingness to learn the handling all aspects of handling claims from start to finish.
- Ability to manage UK-wide and international claims. Knowing different languages isn't essential but would be a nice addition.
- Must be flexible to work a 35-hour-per-week schedule, Monday to Friday, with occasional visits to the Cardiff office as required (minimum twice a month).

Pay: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
