We are seeking a skilled Theatre Practitioner to join our Anaesthetic & Recovery team at Nuffield Health Tunbridge Wells Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the smooth running of our operating theatres.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert care to patients undergoing anaesthesia and recovery
- Work collaboratively with consultants, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Supervise and support junior staff members to develop their skills and confidence
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experience
