Theatre Practitioner - Anaesthetic & Recovery

We are seeking a skilled Theatre Practitioner to join our Anaesthetic & Recovery team at Nuffield Health Tunbridge Wells Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the smooth operation of our theatres.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical expertise in anaesthetic and recovery care, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with our close-knit team to deliver efficient and effective patient care.
  • Supervise and support junior members of staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Contribute to the development of our theatre services, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care.
  • Interact effectively with colleagues on the ward, ensuring continuity of patient care and promoting a positive working environment.
