About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to fee earners, preparing legal documents, and conducting thorough case research. Key duties include:

  • Assisting in the preparation of legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings related to family and matrimonial cases;
  • Managing case files, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely deadlines are met;
  • Communicating professionally with clients, providing updates, and guiding them through complex legal processes;
  • Filing legal documents with courts and agencies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedural requirements.

We require a dedicated individual with relevant experience in paralegal or legal secretarial roles, preferably specializing in family and matrimonial law. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and case management software is essential.
