Job Description
  • We are looking for a highly motivated individual to provide administrative support to our investment team, including composing and editing correspondence, filing, copying, data entry, and document management.
  • The successful candidate will be proactive in identifying opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the development of new ideas.

Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide general administrative support to the investment team, including scheduling meetings, processing expenses, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  2. Be proactive in developing new ideas and contributing to process improvements.
  3. Maintain a working knowledge of relevant policies and procedures.
  4. Take on ad-hoc projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience, preferably in the investment industry.
  • Investment-related experience is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and HR data.
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
