About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Engineer to join our team at City Facilities Management Holdings Ltd. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of HVAC systems across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete planned maintenance schedules for HVAC systems, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in accordance with company procedures.
  • Respond promptly and positively to service call/alarm requests from the central Helpdesk, assessing the requirements of the job and carrying out repairs as necessary within agreed timescales and response times.
  • Carry out service and maintenance on HVAC assets, including air handling units, gas fired heating systems, LPHW boilers, pumps, inverters, DHW boilers, and water chillers.
  • Identify non-repairable faults in plant and machinery, advising the Line Manager of findings and making recommendations for suitable replacement.
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with our Health, Safety & Environmental policies.

About You

  • You will hold recognized Commercial Gas qualifications, including at least 4 of the following: COCN1, CIGA1, CORT1, TPCP1, TPCP1A, ICPN1, CENWAT, CPA1, CDGA1, CCP1.
  • You will be F Gas (2079) qualified and have a strong understanding of HVAC systems and maintenance procedures.
  • You will be professional, pleasant, friendly, flexible, courteous, and helpful at all times, with a hands-on, can-do approach to your work.
  • You will have experience of working in a multi-site environment and be able to adapt to a dynamic business environment.
  • You will hold a full driving license and be willing to travel on a daily basis.
