Job Title: Commercial Gas Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Gas Engineer to join our client, a successful M&E Contractor based in Chatham, Kent.

Job Summary:

Our client provides Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to over 120 properties across London and the Home counties. These properties include:

* Residential apartment blocks with communal HVAC plant
* Commercial office space
* Mixed development buildings
* Schools
* Colleges
* Nursing homes
* Hotels

As a Commercial Gas Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of gas systems in these properties.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of gas systems
* Identify and repair or replace faulty equipment
* Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations
* Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to achieve project goals

Requirements:

* Relevant qualifications and experience in gas engineering
* Strong knowledge of gas systems and safety procedures
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
