Operations Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Operations Supervisor to lead our team of operatives and drivers. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team, ensuring they are motivated and treated fairly, and planning and taking action to achieve service levels targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of operatives and drivers
- Ensure team members are motivated and treated fairly
- Plan and take action to achieve service levels targets
- Educate the team on business goals and service objectives
- Ensure the team follows safe, secure, and operationally compliant working practices
Requirements:
- Experience in managing a shift and team in a busy freight processing environment
- Ability to manage own and team's time effectively with attention to detail
- Energetic and enthusiastic
- Strong customer focus
- Good communication skills
