Later Living Officer

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Later Living Officer, working closely with a Local Authority in Enfield to deliver high-quality services for Later Living schemes and specialist housing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver flexible and effective services to meet the changing needs of customers, with a focus on customer relations, continuous service improvement, and maintaining a positive image of the Council.
- Contribute to the development of a customer-focused culture within the service, ensuring value for money and providing a high standard of customer service, health and safety, and the Council's core values.
- Provide tenancy management services, supporting residents to comply with their tenancy, ensuring support plans are met, and consulting with residents, members, and senior officers on support, tenancy sustainment, and housing management issues.
- Manage complex casework, including safeguarding, domestic abuse, mental health, support for the elderly, hoarding, property condition, mediation, and dispute resolution, working in partnerships.
Requirements:
- Ability to converse with customers in English, providing advice in accurate spoken English, and being polite and courteous when conversing with the public.
- Experience of delivering customer-facing multi-landlord tenure-blind tenancy management and complex casework management.
- Experience of delivering property management functions and knowledge of underlying health and safety and residents' safety regulations and other regulatory principles.

- You should have the right to work in the UK.
- This role requires an enhanced DBS.
