About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Underwriter to join our team at Howden. As a Property Underwriter, you will be responsible for identifying and responding to the needs of our clients, ensuring we deliver excellent service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Underwrite property risks within the confines of delegated authority
  • Undertake negotiations for risks flagged for review
  • Gather, analyze, and present reports to inform underwriting decisions
  • Communicate complex information effectively to colleagues and clients
  • Deliver an excellent client experience, operating with fairness, objectivity, and integrity
