The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in construction management and a strong understanding of building products, regulations, and safety standards.
The selected candidate will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure efficient site operations, logistics, and compliance with company procedures. This role requires effective communication, organization, and problem-solving skills to manage construction-based logistics, plan material orders, and direct sub-contractor and plant availability.
The successful applicant will have:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in the Construction Industry.
- Prior experience supervising on-site works and managing construction projects.
- In-depth knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules and regulations.
- A good understanding of the construction process and project management principles.
We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, performance-related progression opportunities, flexible benefits, and a supportive work environment. Our company values professionalism, innovation, and teamwork.
