We are currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a major project in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a range of commercial aspects including procurement, tendering, contract administration, variations and management of subcontract works packages through to final account.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience with CM projects, strong commercial awareness, and a focus on profit and cash. They will also have extensive knowledge in managing MEP packages, pre-contract through to post-contract experience, and large-scale major project experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage procurement, tendering, contract administration, variations and management of subcontract works packages.
- Minimise risk, cost and maximise value by cost checking and analysis of labour, plant and materials.
