We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team at bet365. As a key member of our Information Security team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and applications.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and support to the team leader and technical lead, and act as deputy where required.
- Project Support: Take a lead role in the project process to ensure that information security aspects are considered up front and throughout the project lifecycle.
- Source Code Review: Conduct manual and automated source code review to identify vulnerabilities and logical issues.
- Methodology Development: Contribute to and utilize our security testing methodologies, creating and updating technical documentation as necessary.
- Vulnerability Analysis: Complete security vulnerability analysis or assessment and take an active role in external audits as necessary.
- Team Development: Develop an understanding of the business and support junior members of the team.
- Collaboration: Liaise with software development to ensure that security is considered throughout the lifecycle.
- Flaw Identification: Identify any security flaws within our software and manage through appropriately, liaising with external bodies where necessary.
- Tool Development: Identify and develop new tools that could be beneficial in the security testing process.
- Threat Monitoring: Stay up to date with new and emerging threats.
- Technical Expertise: Broad understanding of technology functions, including application security and code analysis.
- Methodology: Use of planned, structured methodologies for conducting and reporting on Web Application Penetration Testing.
- Tools: Excellent understanding of and demonstrable experience with automated, dynamic and static application security testing tools, as well as manual security testing.
- Certification: Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) certification or similar.
- Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, with excellent documentation skills.
- Time Management: Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
