The Forward Trust, a leading provider of drug and alcohol treatment services, seeks a skilled Team Leader to join their team. Located in the UK, this role offers a competitive salary, including a *£3000.00* Interim Inner-London 'cost-of-living' allowance over 12 months.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of Health and Wellbeing Practitioners, contributing to targets set by Forward and local commissioners. The successful candidate will provide supervision, training, and guidance to practitioners, ensuring effective case management and compliance with CQC standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the service manager in developing relations and setting team and individual objectives to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Implement and achieve team objectives, developing supportive relationships with supervisees and colleagues.
  • Alert the Service manager to significant risks or problems arising during service management and monitoring.
  • Maintain case management/programme documentation to expected audit standards.
  • Monitor supervisees to manage caseloads effectively, prioritizing clients appropriately and ensuring timely interventions.
Requirements:
  • Experience working within substance misuse services in prisons.
  • Direct line management and/or providing supervision, appraisals, guidance, and constructive feedback to supervisees.
  • Carrying out comprehensive assessments, designing SMART care plans, and delivering structured interventions.
