Teaching and Support Professional

Paddock Lower School is seeking an exceptional Educator to fill the role of Teaching and Support Professional. This position requires a full-time commitment, with a 30.5-hour workweek, including a weekly 30-minute class meeting.
Our school serves pupils with severe learning difficulties, many of whom have autism. We pride ourselves on creating a supportive environment where every child feels valued and respected.
As a member of our team, you will work closely with colleagues to design and implement personalized learning plans that address each pupil's unique needs. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every student achieves academic success and develops essential life skills.
