Job Description

We value the important work that our care professionals do every day. To support you in achieving your best for yourself and your clients, we offer:

  • Competitive Pay: £13.50 to £14.50 per hour, with bank holiday pay rates from £27 per hour.
  • Minimum 3-Hour Calls: With client matching for continuity, ensuring a stable and supportive environment for our clients.
  • Flexible Scheduling: We offer morning, afternoon, and evening visits, with a minimum of 3 hours at a time, and sometimes for the whole day. You can choose part-time or full-time hours based on your availability.
  • Training and Development: Our award-winning training program provides opportunities for career growth and development.
  • Pension Scheme: We offer a pension scheme to support your financial well-being.

As a home care worker with Home Instead Westminster, you will be responsible for:

  • Companionship and Wellbeing Support: Providing emotional support and companionship to our clients.
  • Assistance with Daily Tasks: Helping with everyday tasks, such as cooking, light housework, and personal care.
  • Community Access: Accompanying clients to appointments, shops, and other activities.
