We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Operations Specialist to join Crown Paints at the Hull Site.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring key performances are achieved in full, while operating in a manner consistent with the company's principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair designated plant and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
  • Collaborate with the Engineering Maintenance Manager to achieve departmental goals

To succeed in this position, you will need:

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in maintenance or a related field
  • Relevant qualifications, such as an NVQ Level 3 in Engineering Maintenance
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of mechanical systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
