Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Futures in Hull.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair complex manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Conduct thorough fault diagnosis and implement effective solutions to electrical and mechanical issues.
  • Collaborate with production teams to develop and implement efficient engineering solutions that meet operational requirements.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize machinery performance, reliability, and overall efficiency.
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in both mechanical and electrical maintenance (multi-skilled experience preferred).
  • Relevant qualifications, such as an NVQ Level 3 in Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working in a pharmaceutical, FMCG, or highly regulated environment.
  • Excellent fault-finding skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A strong understanding of health, safety, and compliance standards in manufacturing.

The estimated salary for this role is £44,000 per annum, which includes a competitive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and development.
