Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Manual Software Test Engineer to join our 100-person team in Andover, spearheading the fight against financial crime and providing solutions to financial institutions, banks, regulators, cryptocurrency exchanges, and whole countries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manual testing of complex software applications to ensure quality and reliability
  • Collaboration with the QA team to manage an aggressive release cycle of new functionality and changes
  • Identification of areas for automation and implementation of AI tooling to reduce manual regression testing
  • Participation in the development of a mentoring framework to support team members in upskilling and career development

Requirements

  • Proven experience in manually testing complex software applications
  • Leadership skills, including taking responsibility, mentoring, and supporting others
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with one or two days per week at our Andover offices
